Ini masalah yang berlaku kadang-kadang antara suami isteri, parents &amp; anak, keluarga adik beradik, syarikat &amp; bisnes, masyakarat &amp; masyarakat serta negara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika anda tahu bagaimana perbaiki perkara ini atau improve dalam urusan ini, anda akan menjadi hebat mungkin tidak 100% seperti kepimpinan Rasulullah SAW tetapi sedikit sahaja akan membuatkan anda lebih berjaya insyaAllah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapi apa yang saya share adalah bagaimana semua masalah di atas adalah menjadi isu kenapa organisasi kurang efektif dan produktif. Bagaimana konflik timbul dalam skala yang lebih besar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dan ini antara perkara yang anda boleh perhatikan dan perbaiki.
